Life on the Fattoria Le Sorgenti estate is filled with opportunities: luncheons, dinners, tasting sessions, and the delighted of the swimming pool are waiting for you, or you can simply enjoy the outdoors, the views and delightful paths that wind through the vineyards and the woods.

An independent suite on the top floor of the Villa will be waiting to let you taste the pleasures of sun-filled country life.  The large living room, four double bedrooms, a dressing room, kitchen and baths furnished in excellent taste will make your stay at Villa le Sorgenti even more enjoyable.

HOSPITALITY

Villa Le Sorgenti, built in 1585, is an ancient renaissance Villa surrounded from a vast park, that in time was Giardino all’Italiana with still existing paths through the vines and natural terraces dominating the Arno river.
A peaceful hide-out were quite living reigns, offering rich perspectives of history and the charm of nature. Here the lightness of being melts with the taste of wine and to the tradition of good food of Tuscany.
The ample spaces divided between the rooms of the villa, rooms that tell the story through, furniture, windows and balconies. The beds are in ample and bright rooms ready to greet your dreams of privacy and peace, were the new day’s light will contaminate your life every day.
The large hall and the terraces offer the possibility of arranging tastings and dinners with BBQ and intriguing appetizers on the pool side.

At the ground floor you find

Double or quadruple, include two communicating rooms,
the first double overlook at the south corner of the villa and the second one look at west in front of the main entrance..
The restroom is spacious and very charming with the yellow marble slap from Siena.

Along the stay at Villa le Sorgenti, the guests have available the swimming pool, the garden, and the terrace at the out door, beside the park around the estate
The vineyard and all the property may be a perfect way for your Tuscan trekking or simply relax.
The living room is in common with the guest, were usually they can have breakfast.
At the Fattoria will be also possible to organize wine and olive oil tasting with
typical food coupling.

“DONNA ELVIRA” room.
The rooms comprises a bright double room overlook the south Villa’s corner, communicating with another double with two singles beds

“IRIS”,
close at the living room have its private restroom at the ground floor.
This room is located exactly in the heart of the top floor with the window overlook the park.

HOW TO REACH US Use Autostrada A1, exit at Firenze Sud.  Continue along ramp towards Florence and follow the signs for Bagn a Ripoli - Rosano. Go along the provincial road towards Rosano, at the village of Vallina follow the signs for Case di San Romolo, and then for Fattoria le Sorgenti.
