In the Nordic tradition, the squirrel is the guardian of the forest, the symbol of continuity.  It is the only animal, like man, that is instinctively concerned with nature’s ongoing generation.  At Fattoria le Sorgenti our passion for making natural wines has allowed us to become closer to nature and to work in balance with the natural resources that our lands are blessed with.  You will discover that our wines are made with elegance and restraint and yet they combine intense flavours with delicacy and smoothness.  And, although our wines are created in the Tuscan tradition of being food friendly our wines are impressive and distinctive in their own right.
