A professional wine tour with Cristian Giorni, will take you through the cellar and wines of this beautiful estate guided by a brilliant sommelier end cellar master.
Tours are possible throughout the year in order to follow all the different phases of the vines, as well as the cellar’s care along the wine making process.
From winter pruning, following in to the spring growth cycle with preparations and early season activities, through to the Summer when the excessively long shoots have to be trimmed and the canopy thinning process is employed; essential, elimination of leaves excess allows the grape to ripen at best. In Autumn all the energies are concentrated on the harvest in order to leave another mark in the hearths of our friends, clients, guests and you.
Along the tour the secrets of quality wine production will be revealed. A cellar a speech will introduce you to a brand new outlook  on the wonders of Tuscan food & wine.
A tour with Cristian is full immersion into the exciting world of Tuscan wine. An experience where the stars are you and the secrets of our wines.

Tarrif

- € 70 include vineyards tour in off road with land rover, cellar's tour, tasting of Respiro, Sghiràs, Gaiaccia, Laudemio and light lunch.(8 pax max)(3 hours)
- € 50 include a walk trought the vineyards, cellar's tour, tasting of Respiro, Sghiràs, Gaiaccia, Laudemio and light lunch.(2 hours)
- € 35 include simple tasting of Respiro, Sghiràs, Gaiaccia, Laudemio and finger food.(1.30 hours)
- € 30 tasting for group between 24/30 people max. Include cellar's tour, tasting of Respiro, Sghiràs, Gaiaccia, Laudemio and light lunch.
at the end of the tasting it will be possible to ship from the estate your wine's order.
